In her new centre in the beautiful Algarve region of Portugal, Solara has once again followed guidance to create a portal in order to attract Star-Soul Family together.  Solara, her partner Gino & her soul-brother Itzak have lovingly restored an old farmhouse in a stunning hillside location with wonder-ful views. The energy in the valley is crystal clear - the perfect place to recharge and reconnect to your path of awakening.

The retreat centre consists of: -

• 7 guest bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms, plus 2 shared bathrooms)

• a shaded roof terrace yoga space with stunning 360 degree views

• an indoor meditation/workshop room

• a spacious covered yoga shala downstairs

• a covered outside dining area

• a salt-water pool with built-in benches for meditation & healing, wonderful for pranayama practise and flotation

• chill-out areas throughout the garden which includes a tranquil nature pond with a cascade and a walking spiral

THE SURROUNDINGS

The beaches of the Eastern Algarve are world-renowned, the weather is one of the best in the whole of Europe,  and the food and natural produce is delicious. There are beautiful walks in all directions from the house, interesting local restaurants, and the famous Ria Formosa protected coastline nature reserve where you can catch a short ferry across to an island with lovely  beaches and seafood restaurants.

• Airport Pick-up: 35 euros. Drop-off: €30 (quotes given for extra persons - up to 6 at a time)

• Shamanic Healing with Linda (75 minutes): €70

• Full-body massage, reflexology, Bowen Technique: €50/hour

• Trips with Gino if you have no car: Visit a waterfall, go paddle-boarding on a wild lake, visit the island of Armona for a romantic lunch or travel to Portimao to walk through the caves of the most famous Algarve beach, Praia da Rocha.
