Instructions for Downloading CD's
See the INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDITATIONS
on the payment page for each CD
1. Once you have paid by paypal, you can choose the 'download' option on that page, or wait for the email that will be sent to you.
2. Click on 'Download (name of album)'.
3. Choose 'Save File' (not 'open with').
This will download the files into your computer (usuallly into DOWNLOADS).
4. Open the zipped folder by double-clicking it.
5. Copy the files to Itunes (or wherever you store music on your computer).
6. You can now transfer the album onto your ipod, and/or burn it onto a CD.
