Thank Gaia March is upon us, and everything in the garden is sprouting as we approach Spring Equinox on Friday the 20th! I encourage every single one of you to celebrate this day – the REAL New Year - in your own way.
Spring Equinox is the most powerful time in the year to set intentions and birth projects! If you’re part of any group, arrange to get together on the 20th to celebrate new beginnings and connect with our blessed Gaia.

Meditation Weekend on the Isle of Wight
14, 15th March 2009 10am – 5pm Sat & Sun £120 (£60 deposit )
A Relaxing and inspiring Meditation Weekend for both beginners and those with experience. This joyful weekend will include pranayama (yogic breathing), kundalini energy awareness, sacred postures, grounding, working with the full 12 chakra system and connecting with your Higher Self.
Finally, I’m looking for rooms for students to stay near me (West Norwood) in London – there is a distinct lack of B&B’s around! If anyone can offer a room for a night or two occasionally, for about £35 a night, please let me know.
