Travelling on my own, I often had only my ipod for company … I got hooked into a Bob Marley vibe, which led me to entertain myself by getting strangers in various places to film me dancing-around-Mexico … which is now recorded for prosperity on youtube! :)

Reactivating the Codes Within
In the Crop Circles & Sacred Sites of Avebury

My guides have asked me to teach in the places of power in 2009 - and particularly in the crop circles, so others can experience the openings that I have from working in power spots over the past 2 years. With my guides, I will lead meditations/activations in the most recent crop circles, the ancient White Horses, West Kennet Long Barrow, Wayland Smithy, Swallow Head Spring, and the sacred Stone Circle.
There are codes within our DNA, like computer chips, which have lain dormant in our blood - reconnecting these codes, and therefore the 12 strands of DNA, is greatly assisted by being outside on the Earth where the energy (ley) lines are powerful. The whole Avebury landscape is extremely powerful - which is why the ancients chose to build the massive stone circle, Silbury Hill and other sacred earth works there, and is part of the reason 90% of the world’s crop circles appear here.
The result of reactivating these codes is that our perception opens - we are more easily able to resonate with the pulse of Gaia, and more easily able to perceive all higher dimensions. This means we can connect with Star Beings and see/feel/hear energy forms not usually available to us in the third dimension. This is what 'becoming multi-dimensional' is all about - seeing past the world of form that has been our only reality, and opening up to other dimensions within our galaxy!
The 5th dimensional Pleiadians teach about opening the heart - they open one's energy field to facilitate connection with the 6th dimensional Sirians, who teach body postures and breathing practices that allow higher frequencies into the body. The combined result is like practising being in the 5th dimension - not in 2012, but now! THE TIME IS NOW!
Spring Equinox Trip to Mexico
The instructions from my guides on this trip were to be in Palenque for the Equinox – and otherwise to do exactly what I felt like - whoohoooo! I started by travelling from Cancun down the coast to Tulum on the Mayan Riviera (that’s me outside my cabaña).
The beach was stunning, and the sea wonderful, but I soon realised that ‘beach holidays’ were no longer that interesting to me without a lover and tequila sunrises! I only had 2 nights there before I was due in Palenque, so I focussed on connecting with the Mayan temples at Tulum.
Determined to meditate and channel in the ruins at sunrise, I spoke to 2 different guards, trying to get permission to enter earlier than the gates opened. They weren’t prepared to bend the rules, but I’m not easily deterred, so I set off at 5.30 am one morning and scouted the area around the complex. What I found was this dilapidated stairway – apparently an alternative entrance to the ruins at some stage – leading to this barred-off passage into the side of the complex which was very easy to climb over!
I was rewarded with the wonderful sunrise below, and a meditation in which my guides spoke of a past life in which I was a male warrior who ‘saw much bloodshed, and indeed inflicted it.’ I asked why I was being told about this (it felt like a memory that I’d rather not have had – I prefer the ‘powerful healer in ancient Egypt’ type of lifetime!) and my guides explained that it’s essential that ALL ASPECTS of our past, including past lives, are accepted and forgiven. I really felt how that was possible, in that moment – I felt a great release of old burdens, and a great love for myself, exactly as I am right now!
At that point a guard discovered me, and escorted me out the grounds to make me wait with the other punters in the line for official entry at 8 am. He was quite sweet about it though – he loved the temples and said he understood why I’d needed to be there on my own! :)
In the ruins later that day, I snuck over the ropes which restricted access to the ‘Temple of the Wind’ in order to find a quiet place to meditate (I’m a warrior of the Light, I can’t help breaking the rules! :)) I raced around the other side of the building – only to find myself right on the very edge of a cliff! The location of these ancient ceremonial temples is just awesome.
Check out the ‘descending God’ in the temple below – definitely a representation of a Star Being! All of the Mayan temples are aligned with the rising of the Pleiades and other star constellations at different times of the year.
I travelled overnight by bus to Palenque, and was graced with this glorious glimpse of the sunrise through the clouds from the bus window on the morning of the Equinox.
My jungle accommodation 3 miles from the ruins was just DIVINE! A cabaña right on a river, with no windows - just mosquito nets … with this sweet lizard with no tail for company! (I made a pact with the local snakes and scorpions, and they stayed outside.)
I absolutely LOVED the jungle in that area, it was my favourite part of the trip – exotic flowers and birds, vines to swing on, amaaaaaazing trees, howler monkeys, and endless rivers and waterfalls to swim in!
Palenque temple is literally in the jungle – even outside of the enclosed area there are bits of ruins all over the place. I channelled something very interesting about that on the Equinox:
“Sirians come into this space now of perfect geometric form – into the greater palace which extends far beyond the reaches of most who visit here. Underlying this is still to be discovered the perfect geometry of the flower of life. This geometry extends several of your earthly miles in all directions. It could be discovered from the air with infrared detectors and technologies similar to this which are already available – for the Mayans were not only masters of the time continuum, but also of sacred geometry, and in this respect, our effect, our influence from the 6th dimension can be felt.
Sirians and Pleiadians both have their knowledge encoded within this templar complex – have no doubt about this! These constructions show not only the connections of the ancients with the celestial spheres, with the movement of the celestial bodies through the time zone within the third dimension – they show also greater knowledge of the origin of all life forms, through these 9 dimensions which are more easily accessible to those who visit the places of power.”
Has anyone tried mapping out the original plan of Palenque by plane? I would love to know
On the Equinox I buried a crystal in the ruins, connecting with my tribe in London and people all over the world doing the same thing – charging the crystals with a clear vision of love, peace and unity on Earth.

I also went slightly jungle-crazy and had the 13 sacred Mayan numbers tattooed around my ankles! My guides have been going on so much about converting to the 13 moon calendar that I decided to imprint my blood with the power of 13 :)
In July I’m going to hold a course on converting to the 13 moon diary, which will include working out your life purpose according to your galactic signature.

Travelling south again, on the way to San Cristobel, I spent time at Agua Azul – the stunning river-rapid-waterfall complex you see below. Without a doubt the most heavenly place I’ve ever swum in my life!
On that trip I made a friend who had a house in Guatemala, and who told me about the spiritual centre at San Marco called ‘Las Pyramides’. I couldn’t resist the sound of that and went off to investigate!
San Marco turned out to be on the edge of Lake Atitlan – an imploded volcano – and boy could you tell that when you swam into the middle of the lake. It was like being directly connected to that beautiful iron core crystal through every cell in your body!
By this time I was so far away from my starting point that it took me a total of 26 hours on various buses to get back to Cancun … the fact that I still came home feeling rejuvenated after that trip PLUS the 11 hour plane journey is testament to the energies in the lands of the Maya!

The shamans have said that all that is needed in order to live in a world of Light - which is information and peace and knowledge – all that is needed is that one pays attention to the Light and not the shadows. Never has this been more important than now dear children - for you may choose to look at the chaos, at the destruction, at the negativity and the poverty which appears to be all around you on Earth – or you may choose to look at the increasing Light. The Light increases every day.
The Light workers gather! Many are you, Light warriors who hear this message now – and your hearts are awoken – and your desire to hold the sword of Truth and Light is seeded. And this is our only purpose through Solara An-Ra, to seed this desire, and therefore the first step of its real-isation – to consciously move towards the Light. The Pleiadians would have you PLAY towards the Light, and IN the vibration of Love and Light!
Many are the paths through which this may be attained – many are the paths dear ones – but certainly the time is now to step forward, to let go of the ways that have held you back, as you have been chained by fear. You have been brainwashed - you have been held in the vice of the media, and propagation of falsehoods and negativity in order to hold you in fear - and this is no longer the way!
We ask you to focus now dear children on the gifts, the many gifts which are yours, which you personally bring to the Earth plane now. Your life path shall flow more easily if you choose to use your gifts – those gifts that you were born with. You understand these gifts by understanding what you enjoy – what you naturally feel ‘good at’, what naturally makes you feel good. This is a simple criterion is it not?
Dear children, in this place of power, in this place of great peace, surrounded by Gaia’s beauty, ever abundant, ever beauteous – from this place of great beauty and power, we wish you, Namaste.
