Greetings of love and excitement my dear tribe, from the bluebell woods of the garden of Gaia in England! May is SUCH a wonderful month … on my first Avebury-Sacred Sites weekend this year we were blessed with an abundance of Spring flowers and wild animals, not to mention amazing crop circles - pictures at the end of the newsletter, as well as a message from my guides.
For those who missed the ‘ASCENSION NOW!’ evening at Surya Yoga Centre you can watch some of it on the youtube link below. The positive energy generated by this group of 36 Light Warriors was PHENOMENAL! Thank you to all who were there!
My guides started teaching me a way of breathing and postural re-alignment when in Egypt in 2008, which they say is a way of being in the 4th or 5th dimension NOW. I am making these techniques accessible to you through new recorded meditations, and am open to travelling anywhere in the world where a group invites me to do an ASCENSION NOW evening, which includes channelling and these guided meditations.

Last weekend was a wonderful adventure! Our group stayed in the lovely Old Forge B&B in East Kennet, and our ‘group room’ was my cool new army-style bell tent in the field across the road, alongside the river. We went into 3 different crop circles over the 3 days, all with totally different energies. The first, this beautiful little sun, was quite gentle – possibly because it was already 2 weeks old.
The second one, one of the biggest & most fascinating glyphs I’ve ever seen in a Rape field, took us hours to find. We got distracted in a bluebell wood, encountered a beautiful little deer, tromped through miles of fields - the journey was as wonderful as the destination!

That morning we’d seen this diagram of the glyph next to this illustration of the chakras on the ‘crop circle connector’ website. There are many ways to interpret the circles, and this was just one person’s hypothesis – but the image was imprinted in our minds, and our experience in the ‘crown’ and then ‘heart’ chakras was amazing! After our meditation we looked up to see the sun surrounded by this halo – a magic moment!

We joined with a bigger group that afternoon for a Gaia-and-Tribe Reconnection at Wayland Smithy Long Barrow – one of Britain’s most powerful sacred sites. Armukara set the energies in the circle with a fantastic ‘shamanic channelled drumming rap’, and then my guides led a meditation/activation which was experienced differently by everyone – the reports I’ve had back are mind-boggling!
We integrated the experience with a gong sound-bath from Patrick which was an absolute treat, and then buried a trinity of crystals in the barrow as part of our ‘Reconnection’ work. In our final circle we were joined by the local vicar (sitting watching below) – who said afterwards that he was interested in what my guides had to say about both the Trinity and Christ Consciousness. Oh yeah baby, the times, they are a-cha-anging!
The crop circle which was reported that same day was this 12-plus-1 glyph just off the M4. My guides have been talking for years about ‘moving from 12 into 13’, and there are numerous examples of the 12-plus-1 energy in history – Jesus and his 12 disciples being just one.
Some of us had closed our eyes after the meditation to see if we could predict what shape was going to arrive in the fields that day – and the general consensus was ‘circles within circles’ or a series of circles. Cool hey?

Our final circle and last ‘activation’ on the third day was in a circle aligned with East Kennet Long Barrow. Everything came in 3’s over the course – including 3 different Long Barrows over the 3 days. We were all exhausted by the time we entered it – and yet when we were guided to stand up and tune into the energies from above and below, we were charged like light bulbs! Richenda experienced her aura as so expanded she kept muttering ‘huge!’ to herself for hours afterwards. :)

We ended in the ‘tail of the serpent’ – Knoll Down, having started in the ‘head of the serpent' - the Sanctuary. I used to end my story-essays when I was little ‘and we all went home, tired but happy.’ Ditto!

We have spoken of the breath, and the power which lies in reconnection with the breath. It is the avenue which has used by mystics of all ages in their quest for reconnection with Source. The time is now for all in third density to discover this secret. A ‘secret’ it has been, only because the manipulators have sought to steer you away from the real-isation of your own individual power.
We like this new term we employ now in our bringing forth of consciousness of those who have used fear to control you through the cycle of dark – THE MANIPULATORS is a naming of those who have been called the Secret Government, the Global Elite, the Illuminati or the Annunaki. Their ability to manipulate the masses is rapidly declining. Why? Because THE TIME IS NOW for your re-awakening – this window of time in third density is one in which you are coded to wake up, and waking up is what you are doing. Believe it to be so!
The manipulators in this recent epoch on the Earth plane have suppressed knowledge of all techniques towards self-realisation and empowerment - in order to control you; in order to exploit Terra’s great resources; in order to dominate the planet entirely. And they have been successful to a certain extent. The extent to which they have succeeded in their agenda of control is the extent to which individual beings have allowed their own disempowerment.
Creatures of habit, you have become complacent and accepting of the lack of individual say you have in your world. Complacent enough to complain about your political and religious leaders and the lack of fulfilment you feel – complacent enough to feel that in your verbal protest you have done your bit as an individual. Hypnotised have you been; asleep have you been; dumbed down have you been, through this cycle of darkness. But this is not the way, dear Earthlings. This is not the way to regain your power and freedom.
We bring to you now simple truths and ways of stepping out of the dream. The breath, awareness of the breath and conscious use of the breath, partnered with visualisation, has always been employed by those seeking the Truth and Light. The heightened energy streaming into your biosphere is reawakening the codes within your biological bodies - and all that is needed to wake up is that you place your awareness within your bodies, with your breath, and specifically with the prana within your sacred breath.
Can it be so simple? YES dear Earthlings! We come now to say YES, IT IS THAT SIMPLE! Awareness of the NOW, awareness of the energy which breathes life into your beings, which is in all of creation, which is the God/Goddess within, IS YOUR SAVIOUR. Look not without for your saviours. Look not to the skies for your salvation. The Star Beings which assist you now, ourselves included, are not Gods or Goddesses – other than they know that they are source energy.
The Jesus Christ Light-child said ‘The kingdom of heaven is within’ and we elucidate now that he spoke of your coming real-isation of yourselves as Beings of Light. Your en-lightenment comes now through your experience of yourselves as Light Beings. This comes most easily through your experience of the Light within your breath.
We feel your curiosity and excitement. Nothing is more joyful for us dear ones! It indicates you are waking up, and we assist you with this through all Warriors of the Light who work towards the healing of your great tribe. Our love and joy radiates to you through these words now. Namaste
