Solara An-Ra has been teaching very successful, joyful Meditation Courses for 8 years. She has developed a program of breath techniques and meditations for all levels of experience. This includes simple and joyful ways of letting go of stress, grounding and centering, becoming aware of one's chakras and energy body and connecting spiritually. 

This 3 week class is very practical and you will lead meditations yourself from the start, building up your confidence as a teacher in a loving, supportive group environment. Qualified teachers will be given permission to use Solara's techniques, notes and CD's to lead their own classes.
