She also holds 'Reconnecting the Codes' workshops and leads Sacred Journeys in the places of power, out on the land - in 2010-2011 she is doing these in Avebury & Glastonbury (England), Machu Picchu (Peru), Bolivia, Sedona & Mount Shasta (US), Mexico & Lake Louise (Canada.) Her gift is in making complex spiritual techniques and concepts simple, accessible and joyful! She demonstrates the power of working with group energy in all classes, as this is the way forward in the Age of Light.

All the hotels are pretty accessible from either Balham & Tooting Bec underground stations or from Streatham Hill Station. In some cases a very short bus or cab ride will have to be taken from the hotels to Leigham Crt Rd, although the furthest accommodation listed here is just a 30min stroll for people who are feeling energetic.

Meditation Courses: Solara teaches meditation from her heart: covering breathing techniques, grounding, chakra meditation, & how to experience the energy body. You will learn to focus your mind, let go of stress, and become more centred, peaceful & happy! Students will receive notes throughout, and practise inbetween classes with the aid of Solara's meditation CD's.
Opening to Channel Courses: Solara teaches how to channel information from your guides and/or your Higher Self, in a safe and grounded way.She believes that channelling is not a ‘gift’, but like healing is a natural ability each one of us possesses. Opening to channel is a means of seeing the 'bigger picture' of your life, and thereby gaining new insights which allow you to move forward with grace and joy on your path!
Reconnecting the Codes Within: There are codes within our DNA, like computer chips, which have lain dormant in our blood for aeons. There is much talk of reconnecting the 12 strands of DNA in spiritual circles - reconnecting the codes relates to this, and is greatly assisted by being outside on the Earth where the energy (ley) lines are powerful. The result of reactivating these codes is that our perception opens - we are more easily able to resonate with the pulse of Gaia, our Earth Mother, and more easily able to perceive all higher dimensions.

Dear Solara, I am so grateful for everything you did for me this summer. I dont think I ever told you in detail about the insomnia and anxiety I was suffering from but it basically all came about during my finals in my maths degree at uni. It got so bad that I was unfit to sit most of my exams in May but was given the opportunity to sit them in August instead. I was so worried that it would all happen again in August - that's why I got in contact with you to take up the meditating. I genuinely can't tell you what a difference it made for me. With lots of meditating ad manifesting I sat the exams last month and have just got my results - a high first! Thanks for the magical evening last night Solara! I really got that tantric cave of Brahma meditation like never before - it was like my whole head was lit up! I recently read Conversations with God and the only part I didn't understand was the bit where God says are bodies were meant to last forever. The channelled message from your guides was very appropriate and came at exactly the right time, because they explained what I think the book must have meant, about moving into the 5th dimension and still keeping our bodies. Dearest Solara, thank you so much for your very special channelling and meditation evening, which I greatly enjoyed!!! Lots of pyramid energy - I felt it there when I first sat down and long before it was actualised in the meditation. You generate and hold a special focus. Thanks for including the crystals sharing - I had brought a stone from Egypt, which had been carved and was found near the tomb of a female Pharaoh. The stone had asked to come to your meditation. For me, the most powerful meditation of the evening was the merging of male and female energies - I could 'see' a shimmering lake with both sun and moon reflected on its surface, quite wonderful. Hello Solara, I just wanted to thank you again for a fabulous evening. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was all very interesting and inspirational. I was very relieved about the positive message about 2012 - I can't cope with all the doom and gloom aspect of it all.
